Shipping & Delivery
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk/spam on your email account. If you use a Gmail account, also check your Promotions inbox.
We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here.
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and the updated address.
We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: info@joyfullysmile.com.
After 12 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
Our products usually ship within 2-5 business days. However, if we have some big promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
There are different shipping dates because items that are not yet in stock will be delivered later than the ones that are in stock.
Your order should be delivered within 3 to 15 days depending on location and following order confirmation. When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order whilst it is in transit.
Please note delivery may take longer during sale periods and public holidays.

Short answer – no, your shopping experience at www.joyfullysmile.com will remain the same.
On December 31st, 2020, the United Kingdom left the EU. By leaving the EU, consumers will be subject to paying taxes and duties when shopping from EU countries. However, Joyfullysmile will cover all expenses for UK customers buying at www.joyfullysmile.com such as customs duty and customs clearance costs. Joyfullysmile will act as an importer and will work to avoid any hassle or unexpected costs for you as a customer.
No, we don’t ship to PO boxes.
Ordering & Payment
If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot password” link and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.
At the moment this is not possible, but we’re working on being able to offer this service in the future!
We accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discovery. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don’t have to enter them again when placing a new order.
You also have access to My Joyfullysmile, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
Joyfullysmile reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card. Joyfullysmile may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.
It is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Also, credit card companies may block foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons, so you may need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.

Returns
If you’re not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 30 days, providing that the items are in their original condition with no marks, and with all labels still attached.
Simply email our customer support team at info@joyfullysmile.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue.
Sure you can! This is actually preferred from our end as we save on unnecessary shipments that would have a negative impact on the environment. Make sure you include all return forms and make a note on the return forms regarding them being shipped together.
We aim to process returns within 10 business days from the day of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
When your return has been processed your funds will settle within 2-5 business days if the payment was made by credit/debit card and within one day if paid with PayPal.
Please note that during busy periods, for example during sales, return handling might take up to 10 business days.
Yes! If you’re still within the return window, the products are with all tags still attached you’re welcome to return the order for a refund.
